About Ordintra

Operational infrastructure for modern organisations.

Most businesses don’t suffer from a lack of software. They suffer from the gaps between their software, their people and their processes. Ordintra exists to structure those gaps.

Our philosophy

The problem is rarely the tools.

As organisations grow, they accumulate applications, spreadsheets, inboxes and manual routines — each added to solve an immediate problem. Individually they work. Collectively they leave gaps: handoffs that depend on someone remembering, approvals buried in email, data that never quite agrees with itself.

Ordintra builds the connective layer that closes those gaps — structured intake, orchestrated workflows, enforced controls and reliable reporting — so operations become something you can see, trust and scale.

What we build toward
  • Systems that are maintainable, not fragile
  • Processes that are observable, not opaque
  • Decisions that are governed, not improvised
  • Data that is structured, not scattered
How we work

Deliberate systems over quick fixes.

We’d rather build one dependable operational system than a dozen automations that break the moment a process changes.

Structure first

We map the process, its controls and its exceptions before we build a single workflow.

Governance built in

Approvals, permissions, logging and audit are part of the design, not bolted on afterwards.

Made to last

Documentation, monitoring and deployment discipline keep systems dependable as the business evolves.

Who’s behind Ordintra

Built on real operational experience.

Junayd Khan

Founder, Ordintra

Junayd founded Ordintra to bring the discipline of enterprise operations to organisations that have outgrown spreadsheets and email-based processes but don’t yet have the infrastructure to match.

His background is in business process automation and the Microsoft Power Platform — designing structured workflows, operational controls and reporting for finance and operations teams. That work sits at the intersection of process, governance and technology, which is exactly where Ordintra operates.

The consistent theme: automation that’s auditable, maintainable and built to last — not fragile shortcuts that create new problems the moment a process changes.

Structure the gaps in your operations.

If your systems are fine but the space between them isn’t, that’s exactly where we work.
